Speeches are custom digital products, written on demand from the memories and details you provide and delivered immediately — they cannot be returned, so all sales are final.
We stand behind the work. If something is genuinely wrong with your speech (it ignores the details you gave, writing failed and could not be resumed, or the content is materially defective), email hello@mytoastcraft.com from the order email address. The first remedy is a fix: we will rewrite anything broken at no charge, even if your included rewrites are used up.
Most concerns are fixed fastest with the rewrite included in every order: tell us specifically what to change and you'll have a new draft in a couple of minutes.
Where a legitimate problem cannot be fixed — for example, delivery failed outright and could not be recovered — we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, to your original payment method. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days; approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds are not provided because a speech needs personal editing to sound like you (that is expected and is what the rewrite is for), because the event was cancelled or the speaker changed, or because you preferred a different tone than the one you selected.
